New - Norman Fucking Rockwell! by Lana Del Rey
This came up as the Guardian’s #1 album for 2019, which surprised the hell out of me for reasons actually written in the article itself, describing her as an artist perceived as a dilettante, thanks to sexist assumptions about her aesthetic and background. Guilty. So let’s see what changed.
